MoMENtum is a community program for gay and bisexual men in Johnson County, Iowa and surrounding areas.  A core group of gay and bisexual men design events and project materials. Two project coordinators lead the core group.

Core Group

A group of gay and bisexual men who meet to discuss what we want for our community.   All gay and bisexual men are welcome to attend. There are no lifelong memberships.   Members represent diverse segments of local gay and bisexual communities.   If you have a special project you want to see happen, you want to meet people, or just get involved, check it out.

Social Events

MoMENtum has already sponsored several events including a dance, New Year's Party, barbeque, game nights, coffee socials, and potluck dinners. We are continually planning new activities designed to appeal to diverse groups of gay and bisexual men. Let us know if you have ideas or want to get involved. See the calendar for upcoming events.

M-groups

A small group session about dating, relationships, sex, and men.

Contact us or fill out an interest form to get involved with the core group, M-groups, or other events.
